1. How to place orders?
1).Click the link which you are interested.
2).After you pick one product you need to add it to your order(you can select many kinds of products to your order),then submit your order, or send the message to the mail box on the web,or just leave message on our web.
3).Offer all the information in details: your email, full name, address. and the item NO. size ,total quantity.
4).We will response you ASAP.
2. How to pay ?
We accept Paypal,Western Union.(No credit card,cause too many chargebacks)
3. How will the products be shipped? How long to receive the products?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 days upon receiving your payment. Shipping is done via either TNT ,DHL,EMS, or UPS express. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your products are shipped. Delivery may take from 3-7 business days.
4. If I need to order the items which aren't llisted on the website, you can find them for me?
OK, that's no problem. We will try to find for you.
5. Do I need to pay extra for shipping cost?
Yes. The shipping cost is according to the weight. You should pay the actual shipping cost.
6. What's the minimum order ? Can I order a pair or a piece?Yes,it is ok. We don't mind to start the business from minimum order even 1 pair/piece.
7.What about reasons for exchanges and refunds?
We prefer exchanges to refunds, We will exchange the products if we've sent the wrong items or sizes. Once we can do better, we will refund.
8.Will ship to a P.O. Box, FPO/APO ?
No, we do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses. No Exceptions! Why? Because there have been too many situations in the past where the shipper/carrier could not find the addresses. It's troublesome for both the buyer and the seller. If you only have a P.O. Box , FPO/APO or military address, please kindly supply us with a friend's or relative's home address.
